Onions

Always unsure about dicing onions,
Not because it made my eyes swell
But I always worried about getting the perfect cut
My knife never understood which angle with my fingers made more sense
For red or Red?

Then out of several things you could teach
You sliced open a heart with such unbearable symmetry
The rupture shows still in spite of the sewing
Evenly, as perfect as a tomb.
Now I dice as such.
